About Dr. Guido
Dr. John Guido is a true local. Born and raised in Etobicoke, he has spent his career—over 30 years—caring for people in this community. He founded Dentistry on Dundas, one of the area’s established dental practices, and has become one of the neighborhood’s most trusted clinical names: More than 40 area dentists and physicians refer their own patients to him.
A former clinical instructor in dentistry (and proud grad!) at the University of Toronto, Dr. Guido pairs deep experience with a hands-on, get-it-done approach to care. His clinical focus includes dental implants, same-day restorative treatment, and complex cases—the kind of dentistry that turns an emergency visit into a lasting solution. Patients know Dr. Guido for his calm, unhurried chairside manner and his honesty about treatment options.
His philosophy is simple: Treat every patient the way you’d treat a neighbor, because in Etobicoke, they usually are.
In his spare time, Dr. Guido enjoys spending time with his grandsons.
