New Patient Resources
Our Dentists Are Accepting New Patients
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Our goal is to identify what’s wrong, help relieve your discomfort, and get you on the path to feeling better. If you call to schedule an appointment in advance, we can send you a link to complete your forms before you arrive. At check-in, our team will make sure your forms and health history are complete so you can be seen as quickly as possible. Whenever possible, we strive to diagnose and treat your dental concern during the same appointment. If additional care is necessary, we can provide prescriptions or referrals when appropriate.
Please bring the following to your appointment:
- Identification
- Insurance information
- Medical/dental history
- A list of any medications you’re taking
Do I Need an Appointment?
While scheduling an appointment can help keep your wait time short, walk-ins are welcome, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you as quickly as possible. To schedule an emergency appointment, simply call our office.
Payment Options
Our clinic follows the Ontario Dental Association Suggested Fee Guide and does not charge an additional premium simply because you need an after-hours appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and e-transfer. If you have any questions about payment, please don’t hesitate to ask.
