• How do I schedule my appointment?

  Call our office at 833-336-8911 to schedule an appointment. We will get you in as soon as possible, often within a few hours.

• Does your office take walk-ins?

  While booking an appointment keeps wait times short, we will always try to accommodate walk in appointments in as quickly as possible.

• Does your office accept the CDCP?

  Yes, we accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), however it's important to note that it does not cover 100% of treatment costs for anyone. We are not allowed to reach out to the program on your behalf. If you would like to use CDCP benefits, or if you have questions, please contact them directly.

• Where do I park?

  Free parking is available directly outside the clinic after 6:00 p.m., and if that’s full, don’t worry! There’s a parking lot just across the street.

• Do you offer financial support or payment plans?

  Talk to our team for more information about financing and payment plans. We offer interest-free in-house financing for some treatments and procedures.

• What hours is your office open?

  Monday: 6:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
  Tuesday: 6:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
  Wednesday: 6:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
  Thursday: 11:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.
  Friday: 6:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
  Saturday: 11:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.
  Sunday: 11:00 a.m.-11:00 p.m.

• Does your dental office treat children?

  Absolutely. We often treat kids with dental injuries and other urgent concerns. Our expert team is used to working with kids, and provide gentle, compassionate care to help them feel comfortable and safe.

• Do you accept insurance?

  Yes, we accept and direct bill most major Canadian dental carriers.

• Do you charge more than a regular dentist?

  No, we just have better hours! Our clinic follows the Ontario Dental Association Suggested Dental Fee Guide and does not charge a premium for after-hours appointments.

  Absolutely - we will work with your primary dental clinic to ensure continuity of care.
